My daughter has a fracture in her foot, cast?

My daughter went to the doctor and she has a fifth metatarsal fracture in her foot. The doctor told her she just needed a boot. Which is great. But I was not happy with them because they were not nice and messed up on the billing. So I an finding her a different doctor. Anyways she will not wear the boot and she will sneak around and go run a couple miles. I am a flight attendant and can't keep my eyes on her all the time. When i find a new doctor, can I ask the doctor to put a cast on her? If I tell the doctor that she won't wear a boot because she can take it off and will take it off. I need her in a cast. Even though her type if fracture doesn't need a boot can the doctor still put one on her if I ask. Please help...I'm stressed and want her foot better. Please don't give me parent advice.
