Why does my wrist hurt?

I hurt my wrist in november. Broken Scaphoid, by the time i was out of the cast and brace it was mid january. Now whenever i go to the bathroom(i am a male) i get a sharp shooting pain in my wrist and i cant stand it now. I keep getting spasms and i took and MRI, and an Xray and they didnt find any break on January 17th its now February 7th and it still hurts
