Can I easily lose weight from eating too much during the weekend?
I never eat bad foods. All I eat are fruits, veggies, and drink water and green tea. But this previous weekend, I was at a church retreat and at the hostess' home, she never made dinner for us. And everyone brought things like oily chips, Oreos, mnms of all sorts, brownies, huge chocolate chip cookies, chocolate covered raisins (totally defeats the purpose of a healthy raisin, btw), yogurt raisins, chocolate-covered pretzels, etc, you get the idea. And for breakfast, all the hostess had for us were doughnuts, cinnamon buns/rolls, and giant muffins (bluberry&chocolate). None of this food was healthy. Or at least, what I enjoy eating. So when I was hungry and was in need for something at my usual dinner time (around 7), I had to resort to eating that disgusting food. And it wasn't filling so I had to keep eating it. This event was from Friday night to Sunday morning. And every night/morning, I had more junk food than necessary. I feel like I loaded up on at least 1,000 cast calories alone, each day. Am I able to recover easily/quickly from this?? Like I said, I haven't eaten junk food for at least three months. I gained a little over five pounds from the weekend, and I wanna know if that weight will eventually go away by the end of this week?? Help:(
