Frozen gutters causing interior ceiling leaks. Any quick fixes?

This bad winter has frozen our gutters and melting is causing interior leaks. Any suggestions for immediate help by homeowners? Have removed snow as much as we can on roof around gutters but are limited to what we can do as we are in our 70's.
