Not sure if heel is bleeding in my plaster cast?

I had an op on my foot 3 weeks ago and the heel was broken as part of the procedure. As the swelling has gone down, my foot can move around in the cast a bit and the ankle and heel feel as though they are rubbing on the inside of the cast. Also, I'm not sure if fresh blood has seeped through the cast.
