Who is this The Secret Life of The American Teenager Character?

There was a girl in Season 3 episode 11; Lady Liberty of The Secret Life... and it shows two of Amy's friends from New York that take her to the pajama club and I know I've seen the girl with blue eyes and chestnut colored hair not the shorter, dark haired one, the other one. It'd really bugging me to know and I can't find a cast list for that episode alone so if you know where to find one then please tell me or if you know who she is then please let me know!
